Por lo tanto seguimos trabajando a distancia. Habéis trabajado muy bien hasta ahora y hemos podido sentar las bases como the Present Perfect, the Passive Voice y ahora the First Conditional para el año que viene, porque 6º es un curso muy importante y difícil. Me alegro que hemos podido terminar todos los contenidos de 5º incluido los de sociales y naturales. Ahora os pido un último esfuerzo para esta semana. La semana que viene solo haremos un repaso utilizando Milton.

In English we are going to have a look at the first conditional and when finished at the end of the week, it means that we have completely finished the book of English for this year.
The first conditional
Remember that in topic 4 of our English book we learnt the zero conditional.(Look at page 44).
There are always two parts in a conditional sentence:
If (Si)................................ , you............................
If you press the button, you get a can of Fanta. Look at the verbs in red. They are both in the present simple in the zero conditional.
(En el condicional cero se expresa lo que pasa cuando haces una acción en el presente, si haces esto, pasa esto ahora mismo).
However, in the first conditional we use:
If + present simple, ....will + infinitive.....
If you think, you will understand it. OR If you don´t think, you won´t (will not) understand it.
So, always use the present simple in the part of if, and will + infinitive in the other. Look!!!!!
If you study, you will pass.
You will pass, if you study.
(En el primer condicional se expresa lo que pasará o su consecuencia en el futuro cuando haces una acción en el presente, si haces esto, pasará esto en el futuro ).
